「あめつちの心」とは

Yesterday after you took me round the farm, I walked back up the gorge. It was so beautiful. Every few steps I stopped to take a photo, to record it like a good tourist, to share it with my husband and kids, to show them ‘look where I have been’. But I started to feel irritated with myself; that this ‘capturing’ for some future moment was an interruption. I put my phone away, zipped up my pocket, and promised myself not to take another photo that day. What would it be like just to feel the forest and the river with all my senses? At that moment a client of mine who is blind came to me very strongly, and I wished for his guidance. Incidentally, he has a Japanese wife – somehow everything is connected. So what did I learn about the heart of nature during my 36 hours in the forest? I received an invitation to come back to my whole body- and spirit-experience of the moment with all my senses. Thank you all for a magical moment in time.
